Nos complace presentarles formalmente a nuestra empresa como nuevo Secretario-Administrador de su comunidad.

Lo primero que debemos realizar, junto con su Presidente, es darnos de alta en la cuenta bancaria de su comunidad, para poder solicitarles la domiciliación de las cuotas comunitarias y realizar los pagos en nombre de la comunidad.

Por favor, tengan en cuenta que esto puede llevar semanas, debido a la logística. Hemos explicado al Presidente que esto afectará a la puntualidad con la que se soliciten sus domiciliaciones bancarias. Por lo tanto, aconsejamos a todos los propietarios que pagan por domiciliación bancaria que se aseguren de tener los fondos disponibles en su cuenta bancaria, hasta el momento en que puedan ver que se ha realizado el cargo.

Existe la posibilidad de que se soliciten dos pagos al mismo tiempo. Nos esforzaremos por notificar con antelación a todos los propietarios cuándo pueden y van a efectuarse las solicitudes en nuestra oficina.

Los datos de la cuenta bancaria de la comunidad seguirán siendo los mismos.

We are pleased to formally introduce our company as your community’s Secretary-Administrator.

The first thing we must accomplish, together with your President, is become signed on to your community bank account, so we can request direct debits from you for your community fees and make payments on the community’s behalf.

Please be advised that this may take weeks, due to the logistics. We have explained to the President that this will affect the direct debits being requested on time. Therefore, we advise all owners who pay by direct debit to ensure they have the funds available in your bank account, until such time as you can see that it has been debited.

There is a possibility that two payments are requested at the same time. We will endeavor to notify all owners of when the requests can and will be made by our office, ahead of time.
